The Loin of the Cod is the middle third of the fillet When cooked, Cod Loin has the most delicate pearly white flaky texture, easy to break apart. Its subtle sweet, succulent taste makes them a favourite choice in Britain and of many chefs from around the world. Our Cod Loin comes from Atlantic Cod, filleted and flash frozen in Norway. Skinless and boneless the Loid fillet is the best part of the Atlantic cod. They come 5-7 in a kilo bag, frozen with 20 percent glaze.
