Soft Shell Crab (14) 1kg
Soft-shell Crab is farmed and is a culinary term for crabs that have recently moulted their old exoskeleton and are still soft. The crabs are considered a delicacy in many cultures. The preparation of soft-shells is very similar to that of hard-shells with one exception: the crab must be completely thawed before cooking. Thawing them can be accomplished by leaving them out on the counter at room temperature overnight. You get 14 of them in a 1kg box!

For serving you can blanch the crab in ice-cold water and remove the meat from inside and place it back into the main shell otherwise known as Dressed Crab a delightful dish that is sure to wow your dinner guests!
