A fantastic Farmed Australian favourite which is known around the world as Asian Sea Bass. Barramundi is the Aboriginal name for ‘large-scaled silverfish.’

Barramundi can be baked, broiled, fried, sauteed, steamed, poached, or grilled on the BBQ. It has a mild buttery flavour and a dense meaty texture (think Snapper crossed with Halibut) which makes it a firm favourite with everyone.

A great alternative to Cod.

These are 4-5 in a kg skin on fillets.

Serve with a chilled Australian Semillon white wine.
