Our Herrings are caught off the south coast of Cornwall and are a good size wild-caught Atlantic herring.

They are very versatile, tasty, and healthy. You can steam them with potatoes and herbs or fry them for a snack. When the fish is boiled soft it can be pickled with onion to make a herring salad or you can add it to stews and soups.
