These Wild fillets come boned and skinless and are vacuum-packed. They simply taste delicious and are slightly hotter than the plain Smoked Mackerel – try eating with creamed horseradish sauce.

Smoked Peppered Mackerel Fillets

Ours come from Scotland. Put fillets on a square sheet of tin foil, smeared with butter, and pour lemon juice over the fish.

Fold over and crimp edges to make a parcel and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes. Try serving with a chilled Albarino white wine.
