These are wild caught in the deep Atlantic Ocean, filleted and flash frozen within 3 hours of being caught. They are 7-8oz 4/5 fillets with skin on

These Haddock fillets are so versatile – there is no end to the recipes that you can cook with them for a fantastic mid-week meal. Why not try Haddock and Leek au gratin, Haddock in tomato and basil sauce or zesty Haddock with crushed potatoes and peas.
Haddock needs a powerful white wine to stand up to its flavour – try a Macon or South African Chardonnay.
