This is a farmed product from the waters off the coast of Scotland. Whole Gutted Slamon is frozen and ready to be cooked at home. Keep the skin on as it adds flavour to the meat which is firm and pink in colour. Although it can be eaten raw, the fillet is more commonly pan-fried or oven-roasted, before being served with a dressed salad. Or better yet BBQ the fish Whole stuffed with lemon and fresh herbs!
