Whole Poached Salmon 6/7 Lb 3kg



This salmon dish is an old favorite from our factory store, it’s a whole salmon gutted and cooked with the skin on. Just remove the skin, while partly defrosted, add prawns and cucumber, to form a mock skin, and lightly glaze with gelatine. Serves 20 as part of a buffet.
