Yellow tail snapper whole round. The skin is soft, so can be left attached. Snapper suit exciting flavours like chilli, spices, coriander and coconut. They can be roasted, pan-fried, grilled or barbequed. Ours are whole round with one in a bag.
Try serving with a chilled Pouilly Fumé white wine.
A mild flavoured fish, very adaptable, great on barbecues.
