Seafood paella is rich in important vitamins like A, omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, and selenium. The dish also has a lot of iron. Seafood paella is an excellent source of protein and carbohydrates. It is a great alternative to meat, especially if you are a pescatarian, low-fat, or low-cholesterol diet.
If seafood isn’t enough for you or you have some particularly carnivorous guests why not add some sliced chorizo and chicken to give this delectable dish a boost!

Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.Cooked some chicken first then added the paella from frozen. Added olive oil and plenty of butter and garnished with parsley and it was the nearest to home made we have had. Delicious.
