Great to turn your pasta black. Turn your pasta black by cooking the pasta slightly al dente in salted water, sauté garlic, parsley and chilli and add tomatoes, then cook for another minute or so. Once drained, add the squid ink, then dilute with a spoonful of pasta water. Serve with a chilled Pinot Grigio white wine or a dry Rosé.
