Our first and last job every day is to check our post and emails, therefore, whenever possible, we will reply the same day to any enquiry we have. However, just to be safe, we will guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours. All orders will be dispatched by overnight carrier. They will be packed with dry ice in a polystyrene box, which ensures your fish is still frozen when you receive it. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hours.Where we Deliver to
We dispatch our fish across the whole of the UK. Some areas such as northerly and western parts of Scotland where we cannot guarantee a next day service can incur a delivery surcharge. Please note that we also cannot deliver to Offshore, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey. Deliveries which are not signed for are left “at your risk”, the driver unless instructed will leave the package by your front door out of sight of the main road if possible.Minimum Order
