  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, cut diagonally
  • 4 150 g blue marlin steaks
  • 350 mL Sensations by Compliments Thai Yellow Curry Cooking Sauce


  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet and sauté vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes, Place vegetables in an oven-proof dish.

  • Add the blue marlin steaks and cover with cooking sauce. Sprinkle with coriander and season to taste.

  • Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, Serve with rice vermicelli.
