Crayfish tails are considered a delicacy in many parts of the world. These tails are from peeled, deveined Crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) farmed in China. They are light in colour with a taste similar to crab but milder. Our Crayfish are cooked, then quick-frozen and come in brine tubs (800g net) Crayfish Tails can served as an appetizer or added to your favourite seafood dish.
