Easy 10 minute delicious recipe.
- 250g charlotte potatoes
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 6 small gherkins
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbsp Fromage Frais
- 4 Rollmops
- Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until tender then drain and leave to cool a little
- Mix the onion, gherkins, mustard and Fromage Frais in a bowl.
- Add the potatoes, mix well and divide between 2 plates and top with the fish
- Serve with a green salad on the side
