Wild Mixed Crab meat, caught deep in the north Atlantic.

Mixed Crab meat has a lovely texture and is sweet tasting. It can be used in salads, soups, omelettes and souffles and a wide variety of other dishes but be careful not to overcook as it has been already cooked before freezing.

Why not try a decadent Macaroni cheese made with Snow Crab meat and Gruyere cheese – delicious!

Serve with a dry Riesling or a minerally, lemony French Rully.
