Delicious smoked halibut, the halibut is mixed with herbs and spices and smoked over an open fire, typically red oak or fruitwood. It has a sweet, nutty flavor. Halibut is a type of flatfish related to flounder from the family Pleuronectidae. Also known as the king of the sea our smoked Alaskan Halibut is firm in texture and delicately smoked over pits of smoldering English Oak Wood
Halibut contains a variety of nutrients that can be good for your heart, such as omega-3 fatty acids, niacin, selenium, and magnesium. One of the healthiest fish to eat, halibut also contains vitamins B-12 and A. Halibut is a lean fish that is low in saturated fat and high in protein. As an alternative to red meat, halibut contains virtually no cholesterol or sodium, it also has fewer calories per serving than chicken.
Smoked Halibut has a great flavour and is perfect for gentle cooking methods that preserve that flavour such as baking, poach even in a Mediterranean stew. Whatever dish you try you certainly won’t be disappointed with the taste!

We deliver across most of mainland UK using trusted overnight courier services.
Please note that some remote areas, including parts of northern and western Scotland, may incur an additional delivery surcharge where next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

If a delivery is left without a signature, parcels are left at the customer’s risk. Unless otherwise instructed, drivers may leave orders in a safe place, out of sight where possible.
Our minimum order value is £30.
If we anticipate any issue affecting your selected delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide clear safe-place instructions.
Our stock system is designed to display live availability wherever possible. However, in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may substitute it with the closest suitable alternative. Any price difference will be refunded accordingly.

We use DPD courier services for all UK deliveries.
Orders must be placed before 2pm for next-day delivery eligibility. Deliveries typically arrive by 6pm.
To make ordering as simple as possible, our checkout only displays available delivery dates based on your location and order.
You’ll be able to select a delivery day that suits you, and any additional charges will be clearly shown before checkout.
Orders are carefully prepared and packed the evening before dispatch. On the day of delivery, DPD will send a notification with your allocated one-hour delivery window.

While over 99% of deliveries arrive on time, occasional courier delays can happen. In the unlikely event your order is delayed by one day, your items will remain protected in temperature-controlled packaging designed to withstand short transit delays. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that deliveries may occasionally arrive up to one day later than scheduled. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Courier procedures have changed significantly in recent years, and while drivers will often knock or ring the doorbell, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Delivery updates are usually sent via text message or email, so we recommend keeping an eye on your notifications on the day of delivery.
If your parcel has not arrived within the advised delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf. We actively monitor consignments and will always contact customers if we become aware of any issues affecting delivery.
