Cod is still the most popular white fish in Britain. When cooked, Cod Fillets have a white flaky texture, easy to break apart. Their delicate sweet succulent taste makes them a favourite to many chefs. Our Cod is caught deep in the Atlantic Ocean, from sustainable sources, filleted and flash-frozen within 3 hours of being caught to keep the freshness and all the flavours in. These are Wild Cod Fillets, they come skin on One kilo bag contains roughly 2/3 fillets.
Cod is rich in vitamins, especially B12, which is an important of health of the nervous system and blood cells. This fish is also a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids essential for brain function and keeping the unhealthy cholesterol level low. Cod also contains multiple minerals, including phosphorus, potassium, and selenium, all play a big part in keeping the muscles, bones and nervous system healthy.
Cod is present in the cultures of many countries. This versatile fish can be battered, pan-fried or baked. Why not try our recipe for Baked Cod with Butter Beans and Vine Tomatoes seasoned smoked paprika and finely chopped parsley. This dish is best served with crusty bread and butter and a side salad. We deliver across most of mainland UK using trusted overnight courier services.
Please note that some remote areas, including parts of northern and western Scotland, may incur an additional delivery surcharge where next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

If a delivery is left without a signature, parcels are left at the customer’s risk. Unless otherwise instructed, drivers may leave orders in a safe place, out of sight where possible.
Our minimum order value is £30.
If we anticipate any issue affecting your selected delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide clear safe-place instructions.
Our stock system is designed to display live availability wherever possible. However, in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may substitute it with the closest suitable alternative. Any price difference will be refunded accordingly.

We use DPD courier services for all UK deliveries.
Orders must be placed before 2pm for next-day delivery eligibility. Deliveries typically arrive by 6pm.
To make ordering as simple as possible, our checkout only displays available delivery dates based on your location and order.
You’ll be able to select a delivery day that suits you, and any additional charges will be clearly shown before checkout.
Orders are carefully prepared and packed the evening before dispatch. On the day of delivery, DPD will send a notification with your allocated one-hour delivery window.

While over 99% of deliveries arrive on time, occasional courier delays can happen. In the unlikely event your order is delayed by one day, your items will remain protected in temperature-controlled packaging designed to withstand short transit delays. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that deliveries may occasionally arrive up to one day later than scheduled. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Courier procedures have changed significantly in recent years, and while drivers will often knock or ring the doorbell, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Delivery updates are usually sent via text message or email, so we recommend keeping an eye on your notifications on the day of delivery.
If your parcel has not arrived within the advised delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf. We actively monitor consignments and will always contact customers if we become aware of any issues affecting delivery.
