Our Service & Guarantee

At Bradley’s Fish, exceptional service is just as important as exceptional seafood. As a third-generation family fishmonger, we pride ourselves on providing expert advice, responsive support and a seamless shopping experience.

We aim to respond to all email and online enquiries as quickly as possible — often the same day — and we guarantee a response within 24 hours wherever possible.

Our customer service team is available by telephone Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message on our answerphone and we’ll get back to you promptly.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched via overnight courier service in insulated packaging with dry ice to help ensure your seafood arrives in excellent frozen condition.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly, typically within 24 hours.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across most of mainland UK using trusted overnight courier services.

Please note that some remote areas, including parts of northern and western Scotland, may incur an additional delivery surcharge where next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to:

• Northern Ireland
• Offshore UK islands
• Guernsey
• Jersey
• Isle of Man

If a delivery is left without a signature, parcels are left at the customer’s risk. Unless otherwise instructed, drivers may leave orders in a safe place, out of sight where possible.

Minimum Order Value

Our minimum order value is £30.

If we anticipate any issue affecting your selected delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide clear safe-place instructions.

Out of Stock Items

Our stock system is designed to display live availability wherever possible. However, in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may substitute it with the closest suitable alternative. Any price difference will be refunded accordingly.

Delivery Charges

Minimum order £30

We use DPD courier services for all UK deliveries.

• Orders under £50 are packed and delivered for £9.95.
• Orders under £80 are packed and delivered for £6.95.
• Orders over £80 are delivered free of charge.

Saturday Delivery Costs

• All orders packed and delivered on Saturday for £9.95.

Orders must be placed before 2pm for next-day delivery eligibility. Deliveries typically arrive by 6pm.

Choosing Your Delivery Date

To make ordering as simple as possible, our checkout only displays available delivery dates based on your location and order.

You’ll be able to select a delivery day that suits you, and any additional charges will be clearly shown before checkout.

Orders are carefully prepared and packed the evening before dispatch. On the day of delivery, DPD will send a notification with your allocated one-hour delivery window.

Please note:

• We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays
• We do not offer Tuesday deliveries following a Bank Holiday Monday

While over 99% of deliveries arrive on time, occasional courier delays can happen. In the unlikely event your order is delayed by one day, your items will remain protected in temperature-controlled packaging designed to withstand short transit delays. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that deliveries may occasionally arrive up to one day later than scheduled. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Delivery Notifications

Courier procedures have changed significantly in recent years, and while drivers will often knock or ring the doorbell, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Delivery updates are usually sent via text message or email, so we recommend keeping an eye on your notifications on the day of delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived within the advised delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf. We actively monitor consignments and will always contact customers if we become aware of any issues affecting delivery.

Bank Holiday Deliveries

As orders are packed and dispatched the day before delivery, we are unable to offer:

• Monday deliveries
• Tuesday deliveries following a Bank Holiday Monday

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights as a customer.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express and Diners Club.
