If a delivery is left without a signature, parcels are left at the customer’s risk. Unless otherwise instructed, drivers may leave orders in a safe place, out of sight where possible.

If we anticipate any issue affecting your selected delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide clear safe-place instructions.
Our stock system is designed to display live availability wherever possible. However, in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may substitute it with the closest suitable alternative. Any price difference will be refunded accordingly.

We use DPD courier services for all UK deliveries.
Orders must be placed before 2pm for next-day delivery eligibility. Deliveries typically arrive by 6pm.
To make ordering as simple as possible, our checkout only displays available delivery dates based on your location and order.
You’ll be able to select a delivery day that suits you, and any additional charges will be clearly shown before checkout.
Orders are carefully prepared and packed the evening before dispatch. On the day of delivery, DPD will send a notification with your allocated one-hour delivery window.

While over 99% of deliveries arrive on time, occasional courier delays can happen. In the unlikely event your order is delayed by one day, your items will remain protected in temperature-controlled packaging designed to withstand short transit delays. Courier procedures have changed significantly in recent years, and while drivers will often knock or ring the doorbell, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Delivery updates are usually sent via text message or email, so we recommend keeping an eye on your notifications on the day of delivery.
