Great quick recipe to impress your friends!
- 150ml/5¼fl oz good quality mayonnaise
- 50g/2oz harissa (or to taste)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 500g/1lb cooked prawns shell-on
Place all the ingredients except the prawns into a bowl and mix well, then transfer to a small dipping bowl.
Place the prawns on a large plate for people to peel and dip into the sauce.
