Quick and simple pan fried Sea Bream with tomatoes can be prepared and cooked in under 25 minutes, perfect for a tasty mid-week meal.

Ingredients for the Pan Fried Sea Bream
4 Sea Bream Fillets
1 Red Chilli Chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic
4 Cherry Tomatoes quartered
Juice and zest of one Lemon
Small bunch of Basil
Dash of White Wine (optional)
Parsley to Garnish
- Melt butter and oil in frying pan add tomatoes, chopped chilli, garlic, basil zest of lemon cook for 1 minute.
- Add Sea Bream and cook on each side approx. 2-3 minutes.
- When plated drizzle with Lemon Juice and spoon over tomato and any juices.
- Garnish with Parsley.
- Serve with crushed baby potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
