- 500 g 7up 2ltr
- 1 tbsp Five Spice Powder
- 50 g Plain Flour
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 portions Broccoli
- 1 drop Soy Sauce
- 4 portions SuperValu Basmati Rice
Mix the flour, five-spice powder and salt together in a shallow bowl, then coat the fish in the spice mix.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan set over a medium heat. Put the fish in the frying pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with basmati rice, steamed broccoli and a drizzle of soy sauce.
