Our first and last job every day is to check our post and emails, therefore, whenever possible, we will reply the same day to any enquiry we have. However, just to be safe, we will guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours.
Telephone contacts will be dealt with as quickly as possible (between 9 am – 3 pm Monday – Friday, or 24/7 answerphone). Please leave your name and number and we will get back to you.
All orders will be dispatched by overnight carrier. They will be packed with dry ice in a polystyrene box, which ensures your fish is still frozen when you receive it. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hours.
