Simple and attractive Crab starter or appetiser.
- 300g Crab meat
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated
- Mix the Crab meat with the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and a freshly ground black pepper and chill for a day in the fridge
- To serve, arrange the leaves from the lettuce to form a cup and pile the Crab in the centre of the lettuce cup
